Purchasing new running shoes today!!! I’ve been so stubborn because I don’t want to spend the money, but it’s a long overdue purchase that needs to be made!

I want you to be proud of yourself and love your body like I love your body. I want you to be comfortable when we are in St. Lucia so you can have a good time. You have no reason to be self conscious now, but I know that you can achieve whatever body it is you are wanting. You have until May and you have to push yourself.

Oh shit. First run outdoors since about a month and a half. Looks like I need to start forcing myself out in the cold so I don’t back track as much!

I was so close to skipping my workout today. But, I’m so glad I didn’t! I only did 35 minutes on the elliptical, but it was a good study session, too. I also completed p90x  legs & back/abs when I went home. I’ve been really unhappy with my body positivity (or lack there of) lately. So, this is a reminder to myself to just DO IT and stop making excuses/complaining when no results happen.

I know I’m not half naked (like most of my progress pictures), but I just started working out again after a week and a half hiatus. I normally would hate myself and my body after that long of a break, but I’m working on being more positive for the new year and, well, why wait for the new year?

Just a post. I’ve been extremely hard on myself this past month. I need to get back to being positive and loving my body. I took this picture to appreciate my lovely body.even if I’ve gained some weight. :)

Back to the P90X diet. Making a few modifications because I am not going to use Shakeology or the recovery drink. But I think the guidelines will help me balance my meals and help me feel better.
